I'm Samuel — an IT and Cybersecurity student based in Cary, NC. I built ThumbsUp Digital because I kept seeing the same pattern: small local businesses in the Triangle area doing genuinely great work, losing clients every single evening because they had no system in place after 5pm.

A med spa three miles from where I live had 47 clients in one month and zero new Google reviews. Their phone rang at 6:47pm on a Friday with someone asking about Botox — nobody answered. That person booked somewhere else. That happens every day, to almost every local service business, and most owners don't even know it.

The technology to fix this isn't new — large clinic chains have been using it for years. I built ThumbsUp Digital to make it accessible to the local businesses that compete against them. Same AI, same automation, at a price that makes sense for a growing practice.

No Vague Promises

I don't say "we'll help you grow your business" without showing you exactly how. Every month you get a report with real numbers: leads captured, appointments booked by AI, missed calls recovered, and reviews generated. Numbers or it didn't happen.

5 Days and It's Live

I give you an exact timeline before we start and I stick to it. By Day 5 every system is live and tested. You receive a Loom video showing every bot working in real time. There's no "we're still working on it" after the agreed delivery date.

Questions We Get Asked

The Starter plan requires a 3-month minimum, and the AI Growth and Full System plans require 6 months. After that, the contract continues month-to-month. The minimums exist because the AI systems take a few weeks to fully optimize based on real conversation data — and the results compound over time. Most clients stay well past 12 months because the ROI is clear.
Two options: we can replace your existing site with the new one I build, or we can install the AI chatbot onto your current website as an embed. If your current site is built on a platform like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress, the chatbot can be added via a simple snippet of code during the onboarding call. Either way, you get the full AI system regardless of what your site looks like today.
We provision a local phone number in your area code through our automation platform. You set up call forwarding from your existing business number to that new number — it takes about 2 minutes on your carrier's app. Missed calls on your real number trigger the 60-second text-back automatically. Clients see a local number, not a random toll-free line. We configure everything together on the onboarding call on Day 5.
Yes — that's the entire point. The chatbot is trained specifically on your business before it goes live. During onboarding, you fill out a detailed intake form with every service, price, package, FAQ, cancellation policy, and any nuances you want the bot to handle. I then train and test it against real scenarios. If a client asks "How much is a half syringe of Juvederm with a first-time client discount?" — the bot answers correctly, because I put that in the knowledge base.
Each month I spend 2–3 hours on your account: reviewing real chatbot conversations to identify where the AI can be improved, making those improvements, updating your website with any requested changes (within plan limits), delivering your performance report, and running your check-in call. If something breaks or needs attention in between, you reach out directly to me — not a support ticket.
Every month you receive a one-page report showing exactly: how many leads the chatbot captured, how many appointments the AI booked, how many missed calls were recovered and turned into bookings, and how many new Google reviews were generated. The numbers are pulled directly from your dashboard and Google Business. There's no guesswork — you see the exact ROI every single month.
After your minimum contract period, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your website files and code belong to you — I'll hand them over in full. Your automation dashboard and all configured workflows can be transferred to your own account if you choose to continue running them independently. I want long-term clients, not locked-in ones. If the results aren't there, I want to know — and fix it first.
